Exchanges and Returns

1. General Provisions This section is developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" and defines the terms and procedure for the exchange/return of Goods purchased in the nakedtruth.shop online store.

2. Conditions for Return/Exchange of Goods of Proper Quality ATTENTION: Goods of proper quality are not subject to return/exchange. According to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994, a List of goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange (return) has been approved. These goods include:

  • Underwear (including panties, bras, tops, lingerie sets);

  • Corsetry products;

  • Hosiery products.

Thus, lingerie and similar products purchased at nakedtruth.shop, if they are of proper quality (without defects, of the correct size and color), are not subject to return or exchange.

The Buyer may cancel the Order before receiving it. After receiving and paying for the Order, the possibility of return/exchange is limited only to the cases provided for in Section 3 of this chapter.

3. Conditions for Return/Exchange of Goods of Improper Quality or in Case of Error Exchange or return of the Goods is possible if:

  • The Goods have a manufacturing defect (improper quality).

  • The Goods do not match the Order (a different item, size, or color was sent due to a Seller's error).

Timeframe: The Buyer has the right to report a defect or non-compliance within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment of receiving the Goods.

Procedure for Exchange/Return of Defective Goods:

  • The Buyer must contact Customer Support by phone at +380 93 714 37 25 or via email at office.nakedtruth@gmail.com, provide a detailed description of the defect or non-compliance, and submit photo evidence.

  • The Seller conducts a preliminary assessment based on the provided data.

  • The Goods must be sent back to the Seller. The following must be preserved:

    • Commercial appearance (not worn, not washed);

    • Original packaging, labels, tags.

  • After the Seller receives and confirms the presence of the defect/error, the Seller carries out:

    • Exchange for an analogous quality item;

    • or a refund of the amount paid.

4. Coverage of Shipping Costs 4.1. For Return/Exchange due to Defect or Seller's Error If the reason for the return/exchange is a manufacturing defect or a Seller's error (non-compliance with the Order), all shipping costs (for sending the Goods back to the Seller) are covered by the Seller, nakedtruth.shop.

4.2. For Refusal of Receipt or Other Circumstances If the Buyer refuses the Order upon receipt (for example, the color/style did not suit, although the product is of proper quality and corresponds to the order), the Seller's costs for delivery and return of the unreceived Goods are deducted from the amount to be refunded to the Buyer. In other cases where additional shipments are necessary, the shipping cost is covered by the Buyer or may be additionally discussed with the manager of the nakedtruth.shop online store on an individual basis.

5. Refund of Funds Refunds are processed within 10 (ten) calendar days from the moment the Seller received the returned Goods and confirmed the reason for the return (defect/error). The refund is made by the same method used for the original payment for the Goods.
