1. Selection of Delivery Service. The Buyer independently chooses the delivery service (e.g., Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, courier delivery) from the list of available options offered by the Seller during the Order placement.
2. Cost and Terms. The delivery cost, terms, and conditions (to a branch, parcel locker, or by courier to an address) are calculated individually and depend on the tariffs of the delivery service chosen by the Buyer and the destination. The final cost of the Order, including delivery, is communicated to the Buyer during the Order placement.
3. Territory. Delivery is carried out across the territory of Ukraine, excluding temporarily occupied territories.
4. Transfer of Goods and Transfer of Risk.
-
The Seller undertakes to properly package the Goods and transfer them to the delivery service chosen by the Buyer.
-
The risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the Goods transfers to the Buyer from the moment the Goods are handed over to the courier or representative of the postal/courier service chosen by the Buyer.
-
Upon delivery of the Order, the Recipient is obliged to inspect the integrity of the packaging and check the Goods for compliance with quantity, assortment, and the absence of external damage in the presence of the delivery service representative.
5. Carrier Liability. The postal/courier service chosen by the Buyer is responsible for the preservation of the Goods and the timing of their transit across the territory of Ukraine from the moment of shipment transfer. All claims regarding damage, loss, or delay in delivery are considered by the Buyer in accordance with the rules of operation and current legislation governing the activities of the chosen delivery service.
6. Self-Pickup. If the Seller provides such an option, the Buyer may choose to self-pickup the Goods from the Seller's physical pick-up point/retail store.
